Processing Time: Most orders are dispatched within 0–4 business days once your payment is confirmed, unless a different timeline is noted during your purchase.
Transit Times: Delivery schedules depend on the standards of our courier partners and may fluctuate based on your specific location.

Return & Refund Policy

Because we specialize in perfumes, we are unable to accept returns once a shipment has left our facility.

Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong product, please follow these steps:

Notify Us: Contact our team within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Visual Proof: You must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video that clearly demonstrates the issue. This is a mandatory requirement for all claims.

Shipping Fees: Please note that all shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
Resolution: Approved claims will be resolved through either a refund or a replacement, as per our standard Refund Policy.
